Wind Islands (the "Game") is a mobile game developed and published by Samet Erkek (the "Developer", "we"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you play the Game.

In short: Wind Islands does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data. The Game works fully offline, has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

1. Information we collect

None. The Game does not connect to the internet and does not send any information to us or to any third party. We do not use analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or social media tools, and we do not use any third-party software development kits that collect data.

2. Information stored on your device

To work properly, the Game saves two settings in the local storage of your own device:

your best score, and
whether sound is on or off.

These settings never leave your device and we cannot access them. They are deleted when you delete the Game.

3. Permissions

The Game does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts or any other personal information, and it does not ask for permission to track you.

4. Apple

The Game is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may process information about your download, your device and, if you have agreed to share it, app usage and crash statistics. This processing is carried out by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, not by us. If Apple shares any statistics with developers, we only receive aggregated, anonymous figures that do not identify you.

If the Game offers optional in-app purchases in the future, payments will be processed entirely by Apple. We will never receive your payment card details, your Apple Account password or your name.

5. Contacting us

If you choose to email us, we will receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this information only to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your message with anyone. We delete support emails once your request has been resolved, and in any case within 12 months. Our email forwarding and email service providers may store messages on servers located outside your country.

6. Children

Wind Islands is made for a general audience. The Game collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) give you rights over your personal data, including the rights to access, correct and delete it. Since the Game does not collect personal data, these rights in practice concern only emails you send us. To exercise any of them, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Deleting your data

All information the Game keeps is on your device. To delete it, simply delete the Game. To have your support emails deleted, contact us.

9. This website

This website (windislandsgame.com) does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking, and it has no forms or accounts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use this information to identify you. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to this policy

If the Game changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this policy and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be described in the App Store release notes.
