These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to the Wind Islands mobile game (the "Game") developed and published by Samet Erkek (the "Developer", "we"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. The Game is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if anything in these Terms conflicts with it, Apple's agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.

1. The Game

Wind Islands is a single-player skill game in which you jump between floating islands. The Game works offline and does not require an account.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it;
decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Game's source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Game, including its design, code, graphics, sounds and name, belongs to the Developer and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the Game.

5. In-app purchases

The Game may offer optional purchases of cosmetic items in the future. Any purchase is made through Apple and is subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policy. Purchases only change the appearance of the Game; they do not affect gameplay.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it free of errors, but we do not guarantee that it will always run without interruption or errors. Your best score is stored only on your device and may be lost, for example if you delete the Game.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play the Game after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
